Regional Director – Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R)
Community Action of Eastern Iowa is searching for the next Regional Director for Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) of Southeast Iowa. The Director is responsible for management of child care information, referral, community outreach, and quality training programs that support parents and child care providers in 19 Iowa counties.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field, with a minimum of 3 years supervisory and budgeting experience.
$45k+. Excellent benefits, including paid time off, the Iowa Public Employees Retirement System (IPERS), health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and long term disability.
