Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R)
If you are an in-home child care provider, or you work at a child care center, Community Action of Eastern Iowa’s Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) program has services to help you enhance the quality of care you provide. We can help provide information, training, support, and technical assistance.

Child Adult Care Food Program (CACFP)
If you are an in-home child care provider, CACFP can help you receive reimbursement for serving healthy meals. CACFP is available to all registered child development homes. There are no qualifying income guidelines, and no required minimum number of children in care. CACFP is absolutely free. Use the Contact Us form at the bottom of the page to learn more about how you can increase your child care income without raising child care rates.
