Family Support Liaison
Responsible for supporting partnership sites to ensure delivery of
comprehensive Head Start services, making sure families have access to essential
health, social, and community resources. This role involves building strong
relationships with families, assisting them in setting and reaching personal goals, and
supporting their children’s development and school readiness.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience working with families in social work, human services, or a similar
setting. - Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Requires Family Development Certification within one year of hire.
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
