Lead Family Support Liaison
Assist the Family Services Manager in maintaining Head Start
compliance across partnership sites and center locations to ensure delivery of
comprehensive Head Start services. This role involves building strong relationships
with families, assisting them in setting and reaching personal goals, and supporting
their children’s development and school readiness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or a related field required.
- Experience working with families in social work, human services, or a similar
setting. - Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Requires Family Development Certification within one year of hire.
- Requires CLASS certification within one year of hire.
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
