Head Start Kitchen Assistant and Center Assistant
Pay:  $9.74 per hour
Daytime hours. 25-30 hours per week.
Location: Davenport, IA
Looking for someone to help with basic food prep for preschoolers, toddlers, and infants. This position does not cook food, but helps serve delivered food.  Position also involves ordering supplies, cleaning, and helping with office tasks. Food service or restaurant experience preferred, but not required.

Community Relations Specialist
Pay:  $14.30 per hour
Daytime hours. 35-40 hours per week.

Child Care Resource and Referral of Southeast Iowa, a program of Community Action of Eastern Iowa, has an opening for a full time Community Relations Specialist to provide resources and education about child care issues to community and business leaders that support early care and education initiatives throughout the service area. Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Early Childhood Education, Business or closely related field, of AA in Early Childhood Education, Business or related Field AND at least 3 years’ experience in marketing child care programs.
